Research on Freight Transportation Carbon Emission Reduction Based on System Dynamics

In order to solve the environmental protection problem of carbon emissions in field freight transportation, this article proposes promote transfer road transportation railway within a reasonable range by levying emission taxes. To propose an applicable solution, paper establishes comprehensive system model and simulate closed-loop as comprehensively real system, determines elements according actual situation, reasonably develops hypothesis scheme, draws out causal network. On basis, flow diagram corresponding structural equations are constructed, parameters estimated. Finally, uses data verify model. A levy interval has been obtained, can so achieve purpose decreasing total road–rail systems orderly way. The innovation is construct systematically for first time, conduct research exploration levies on basis.
